Account deletion
You can delete your Punch O'Clock account and all associated data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Punch O'Clock app on your device.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and the data associated with it are deleted immediately.
Delete Account removes your account and the copy of your data held in the cloud — projects, sessions, settings, and the clients, invoices and expenses stored with them. What is already on your phone stays on your phone, so you do not lose the hours you tracked by signing out. To remove those too, delete the projects in the app or uninstall it.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing punch.oclock@baansoftware.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What is not affected
Punch O'Clock has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to cancel before or after deleting an account. Deletion also does not affect your Apple or Google account itself — it only removes what this app stored.
